Northbrook Park Wedding // Kathryn & Robert
A Northbrook Park wedding in Surrey at a lovely grade ll listed estate; the setting for Kathryn and Robert’s wedding this summer. It was late August and a lovely warm day, and both Kathryn and Robert were getting ready at the venue, so I split my time between their two cottages to capture both of their preparations. The ceremony took place in the Orangery, and once everything was official, it was out into the gardens for confetti, champagne and canapés, with giant Connect 4 and chess to keep the little ones entertained, During the drinks reception, I took the couple away for a short time to take some relaxed portraits in the gardens, giving them some all important time away from the party to say ‘yes! we did it!’. On to dinner, which was also in the Orangery. Speeches took place at the start of the meal, including some words from some of the younger guests. A lovely Choccy Woccy Doo Dah cake was cut and the evening party started. A band got everyone on the dance floor and kept it jumping all night.
