Moggerhanger Park Wedding // Elizabeth & Will
At the end of August, I headed to Bedfordshire for the Moggerhanger Park wedding of Elizabeth and Will. Elizabeth got ready at her mum’s house before a convertible Bentley took her and her father to the local church, St Swithun’s, for the ceremony. I was given free rein by the vicar, a rarity these days, but always much appreciated, and was able to cover the ceremony from all angles for the couple. After the ceremony the couple left the church in a flurry of confetti before heading off to Moggerhanger. Set in 33 acres of parkland, this Grade 1 listed Georgian house makes a lovely wedding venue, and the guests enjoyed being outside in the sunshine with a glass of champagne, whilst the newlyweds went off for a helicopter ride. Dinner was served in adjoining dining rooms, and so the speeches were given from the doorway in the centre, with both the bride and groom saying a few words. onto the evening celebrations, the cake was cut and a DJ got everyone on the dance floor. A great day with Elizabeth and Will at Moggerhanger Park, some favourites from their wedding are below.
