Woodborough Hall Wedding // Annika & Stephen
My first wedding of July was in Nottinghamshire. Annika and Stephen had chosen Woodborough Hall, an idyllic Grade ll listed hall set in lovely gardens for the reception and All Hallows Church in nearby Gedling for the ceremony. My day started at the couple’s home, where Stephen was getting ready, alongside their young son. His twin sister was getting ready at Woodborough Hall alongside her mother, the stunning Annika. On to All Hallows, where the boys arrived in style in a white Porsche, followed closely behind by Annika and her bridesmaids. After the ceremony, it was a short drive to Woodborough Hall. The perfect summer weather meant that drinks could be enjoyed outside, and the children could bounce themselves silly on the bouncy castle, before it was time to head in for dinner and speeches. It was a lovely summer’s evening, with soft golden light which is so perfect for portraits, so I took the opportunity to steal the newlyweds away for a short while for some pictures. My first Woodborough Hall wedding and hopefully not the last, some favourites from Annika and Stephen’s day are below.
