Greenwich – St Alfege
An extraordinary, artistically crafted wedding at the historic St Alfege Church in Greenwich. The groom, a professional set designer wearing a sharp brown suit, transformed the hall behind the church into a dramatic, colorful village fête with bold red ribbons and theatrical styling.
Adding to the day’s distinct aesthetic, the bride arrived in a classic black cab wearing a vintage gown with a look inspired by The Vampire’s Wife. Even their dog joined them inside for the ceremony.
The day was captured with a hands-off, documentary approach, incorporating a selection of 35mm analogue film using Kodak Tri-X and Portra 400 alongside digital coverage. With the couple prioritizing time with their friends and family above all else, the focus remained entirely on candid, unscripted moments, alongside just a couple of brief, effortless portraits.
